(1) There shall be an Institute Fund of the following types and all the funds to be spent on behalf of the Institute shall be borne from the same fund:-

(a) Funds given by the Government of Nepal or any other person as a grant to the Institute. , and (b) all amounts received by the institute from equity or transactions or loans. And where there is no such bank, it will be kept in another local bank.
